In addition to the travel documents issued upon booking, each passenger must have an identity document valid for entry into the countries on the itinerary: identity card or passport according to nationality, age and travel destination. For further details, consult the section Documents

How much baggage can I take on board?

You are allowed 2 pieces of luggage per passenger. All luggage must contain only and exclusively personal belongings.

I have an LPG car: what’s the boarding procedure?

In recent vehicles the shut-off valves must be closed; in vehicles with older systems, the tank must be at minimum level. In any case, at boarding the loading personnel must be notified.

I have a campervan/caravan/semi-trailer and would like information about refrigerator connection..

Electricity power points are provided only on blue ships. There is a surcharge for refrigeration system connections for semi-trailers.
